Our Vision at NewPathCareers.co.uk is simple, we want to help all individuals find fufillment in their work and careers, whilst helping businesses find talented potential employees who will help drive the company towards greater levels of success. 

 

The time has come for a more productive society, one where everyone can make a contribution to society -feeling both appreciated and edified because of their work . We believe individuals should provide their labour in the milleux that suits them best,  as they are then more effective in their chosen industry. Moreover, we firmly believe that  everyone has something to offer to potential employers whether their talents lay undiscovered or their skills are well honed- we aim to bring the best out of people, so that ultimately they can play their part in the UK economy by the work they perform.

 

Our mission is to change the present reactive approach individuals have in finding careers and work, it being contigent on capricious opportunites adveritised as and when by businesses. We strive for a more proactive approach where individuals are supported and guided by us towards businesses that would benefit from their skills and attributes.

 

This remedial proactive approach is especially needed in times of economic downturn, as we can help businesses break the countercylical practice, of 'letting employees go'  instead of keeping them or hiring more talented individuals to help increase the businesses efficiency in order to abrogate potential lossess. 

 

Our approach has mutual benefits  for both employers and would be employees, namely businesses can save considerable resources on attracting the best staff, if the best, most driven, and suitable staff are already seeking them out. Second, it helps individuals looking for work or changing careers take more control over what they can do to achieve thier aims, whereas previously, they were heavily constrained almost exclusively by advertised opportunities to find suitable work.
