The cost of the service is £34.99 in a one off payment, or, spilt into instalments at the discretion of NewPathCareers.co.uk, completion of these payment(s) constitutes the term ‘fee paying customer’ whereupon services will be rendered to the extent described and set forth by NewPathCareers.co.uk and you the ‘fee paying customer’, whilst having due regard to any limitations set forth herein the agreement.

You accept by use of the service that NewPathCareers.co.uk despite every effort to assist you in pursuit of your aims cannot make any unilateral guarantee explicit or implied in you ultimately achieving your ambitions due to factors falling wholly beyond the control and influence of NewPathCareers.co.uk; these being namely your personal actions and involvement, which may or may not contribute to you achieving your aims; and the actions and involvement, along with subjective opinions, of employers & recruiters and other institutions.

 

Notifications /Updates

 

You agree that NewPathCareers.co.uk may provide notices or updates unless otherwise expressly stated, via email and/or by means of contacting you over the telephone and not limited by these methods, but extended over any other deliverable route as agreed upon to ensure that we can communicate propitious information to you quickly and effectively for your interest and benefit.

 

Intellectual Property

 

NewPathCareers.co.uk does not grant any licence or other authorisation to use any of its trade marks, product names, company names or logos or any of its copyright works or other intellectual property rights by placing them on or making them available by means of the Website or the Services.

 

Termination

Claims

If any provision of this agreement or part thereof is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision, or part thereof, shall be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
