NewPathCareers offers a successful flexible referral scheme open to individuals, businesses and orgainisations who are happy tell others about our fantastic service. Everyday, wehelp all kinds of different individuals find work that meets their needs and aims through our expertly created interview-winning CV's, giving our clients a distant advantage in todays's competitive job market. 

How it works:

Your referrals who sign up to any one of our services provide you with 40% commission from the sale. 

You ask the clients you refer to us to use your name when signing up to any of our services, this enables us pay your commission as we can identify where the successful sign up came from.

All clients when signing up to our services have to inform us who it was that referred them as a mandatory field on the sign up form.

An example of how it works:

You talk to a friend lets call him David, who is job searching but doesnt seem to be getting any interviews; you suggest that he visits our website or call us as NewPathCareers are renowned for helping people find the job they want. You also tell him to use your name when he signs up (so we know that you referred David to us). If he wants our CV service for £34.99 you earn 40% in commission i.e. £13.99, -pretty easy money for a two minute conversation!

The names of successful sign ups you referred to us, are emailed to you every week and the exact amount of commission you've made.

Payment is are then made to you every seven days on a Monday (or day after on Bank holidays) either via bank transfer (please allow up to 3 days for transfer) or cheque if you would prefer. So, for instance, if you were to make a successful referral to us on the Saturday,  you'd get paid the commission a week Monday, as opposed to in two days time in order to allow 7 days for cancellations, as part of distance selling regulations. 

Modus Operandi 

We dont specify how you make referrals to us, we leave that entirely to you, as long as it suits who you are and your situation. There are no targets or hours of work, and no set methodology of finding potential clients; its completely flexible and can provide a part time income.If you are keen to upscale your operation there is a huge market with plenty of room for expansion. 

We suggest as a starting point you familiarise yourself with our range of services, one great selling point we have is that we provide employers with a free recruitment service -matching individuals in our wide database with the roles they want to advertise. Potential referrals can be found anywhere, you are only limited by how you limit yourself. 

Here are some examples of who our referral partners are and how they operate:

-An emeritus university professor, who makes word of mouth recommendations to people he meets who ask for good career advice -typically he makes around 30 successful sign ups a month.

-A full time mother at home, who makes recommendations by word of mouth to general people she meets out and about -typically making around 10 to 20 successful sign ups a month

-An individual freelancer who purcases their own marketing list and reaches clients through telesales and e marketing -typically makes between 150 to 200 successful sign ups a month.

-A graduate student who used our services in the past makes recommendations to friends online through social networking sites for some extra money - typically making 5 to 10 successful sign ups a month
